I. Product Summary
Intelligent High-Voltage Variable Frequency Pulse Power System is the latest technology developed by our company independently, which applies widely in automatic control technology, power and electronic technology, communication technology, and computer technology.
The intelligent power system adopts the intelligent control mode combined with fuzzy mathematics and neural network to realize the power control, fault protection, optimal control and telecommunications of both high-voltage and low-voltage electric precipitator (ESP) equipment. It delivered a high frequency pulse power supply waveform with pure DC and variable amplitude, width, frequency, and period for ESP’s own electric field. Therefore, it can not only improve dust collection efficiency and reduce dust emissions, but also largely decrease its energy consumption. Compared with the conventional frequency power supply, this product can reduce the exiting ESP dust emissions by 40% to 70%.
