As the essential equipment in a high temperature fan control system, the Composite High Temperature Fan Measuring and Controlling Cabinet is a dedicated measuring and controlling device designed for various high temperature fan units.
A high temperature fan unit normally consists of a high temperature fan, ventilation door at the fan entrance, a main high-voltage motor, a slow motor, lube pump and fluid power coupler. This measuring and controlling device can achieve real-time monitoring, displaying and controlling of all equipment status and parameters of high temperature fan unit, including bearing temperature, fan vibration, fan speed, fan shell temperature, main motor coil temperature, oil temperature and pressure, ventilation door open degree. It can also establish connection and communication with DCS.
Our Cabinet uses programmable controller and high-resolution industrial programmable touchscreen graphic LCD display of well-known brands. II. Structure and performance
The high temperature fan control system consists of SE-02 Composite High Temperature Fan Measuring and Controlling Cabinet, sensors and transmitters, actuator, high/low-voltage motors, electric heater, or high-voltage coil motor fluid starting cabinet. The SE-02 Composite High Temperature Fan Measuring and Controlling Cabinet is the core of system measurement and control. Once linked with the central equipment—programed controller and smart digital microprocessor meters, or programmable controller and industrial programmable touchscreen graphic display—the system will become a complete measuring and controlling device with software program and configuration. It has the following functions:
◇ switching between on-site/center control and manual/automatic mode
◇ signal collection, process and transmission
◇ equipment status real-time monitoring
◇ displaying and setting equipment parameters
◇ interlock control and operation of the equipment
◇ circuit automatic regulation
◇ protection and malfunction alarm
